Song of the Week
New Chapter: Yoga Sculpt Instructor
Here goes to shameless self- promotion! But I swear it is for a good cause!
Little background of myself: I have always been a very active person; danced for years up until the end of high school, was on the Color Guard team for 3 years of the time in high school, swam, jogged, hiked, you name it, then BAM I get to college. Slacked off got hit the freshman 15.. maybe 20 (ugh) and packed on a few pounds during the first years of college. I always felt as if something was missing during those times, being so active in my teenage years. I took many different group exercises and even tried yoga (actually HATED it the first time I took a class). But it was not until my best friend took me to a yoga class of Vinyasa style, where you synchronize breath with movement, almost like a dance. Now imagine that same type of yoga where you can awaken your strength, energy, and flexibility, but also toning your muscles! Behold, Yoga Sculpt is born! It has been 4 years since that time I found Yoga Sculpt and I've found myself so inspired by the impact it has made on my life; getting physically stronger and mentally stronger. Now, it is time to share it with others. I have found my permanent stay at The Fit Factor Studio in Alhambra, CA where I am able to teach Yoga Sculpt. If you are ever in the area or do live in the San Gabriel Valley, I invite you to join me for a total body work out. Currently, I am teaching classes on Tuesdays at 7AM & Thursdays at 7PM. Please leave a comment if you have any questions. You can sign up directly on

I hope to inspire people to live a more active life, if its not my class, I hope you find another that will lead you to a more lively and healthy lifestyle. Much Love!
NAMASTE
